Exchanges:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination:

    Canada and USA: 5-7 business days

    International: 10-14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within 1-2 business days with delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days depending on the destination.

  • Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping is CAD 15. Expedited shipping rates start at CAD 30.

  • USA: Standard shipping is CAD 25. Expedited shipping rates start at CAD 45.

  • International: Standard shipping is CAD 50. Expedited shipping rates vary by destination and start at CAD 75.

  • Bulk Orders: Discounted shipping rates are available for bulk orders. Please contact our customer service team for a detailed quote.

  • All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

  • Insurance is included for all shipments to cover any potential loss or damage during transit.

  • Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customized or Special Orders: These are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@lntc.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at exchanges@lntc.ca.
